- 4 ounces (113 grams) good-quality cream cheese at room temperature
- 1/2 cup (100 grams) sugar
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch salt
Instructions
- In a medium bowl or mixer bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix on medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides periodically with a spatula so that it is well blended.
