Ingredients

  • 1 medium sweet onion roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
