Sweet Paprika Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts pounded to about ½ inch thickness
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • optional: fresh mango slices, lime wedges, fresh cilantro, rice

Instructions

  1. Whisk together brown sugar, paprika, salt, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Use hands to rub the spice mix generously onto both sides of each chicken breast. 
  2. Preheat a large pan or nonstick skillet over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray. Add chicken breasts to pan and cook 4-5 minutes each side or until cooked through and juices run clear. Serve with steamed rice, mango slices, lime wedges and fresh cilantro if desired.

Notes

  • Top with fresh, slice mangoes and fresh cilantro.
