Sweet Potato Black Bean Soup

Sweet Potato Black Bean Soup combines tender cubes of sweet potato, hearty black beans, and a smoky chipotle pepper in a flavorful vegetable stock base. The soup is gently simmered until the sweet potatoes soften, resulting in a comforting texture complemented by the mild heat and depth from the chipotle and adobo sauce. Cilantro garnish adds freshness and a hint of brightness, while a squeeze of lime juice enhances the overall flavor balance.
