Sweet Potato Butter
You’re going to love this Sweet Potato Butter this fall. It’s delicious on all sorts of breads, especially croissants and cinnamon raisin (my favorite).
Ingredients
- 3 cups sweet potato peeled, and cut into 1/4 or 1/8 thick pieces
- 1 cups apple juice unsweetened
- 1 Tablespoon molasses
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 Tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Put the sweet potato slices to the Instant Pot.
- Add the apple juice, molasses, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and honey to the sweet potatoes in the Instant Pot. Mix together.
- Put the lid in place on the Instant Pot. Press Manual for 15 minutes.
- Allow the instant pot do a natural release.
- As the sweet potato butter has completed cooking, puree the mixture for a smooth texture.
- Serve and enjoy!
