Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust
  • 15 ounces sweet potato about 1 3/4 cups, puree
  • 1/2 cup butter softened, unsalted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large egg
  • 1/2 cup milk whole
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a pie plate with your pie crust.
  2. In a large mixing bowl whisk the sweet potato puree, butter, sugar, eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Pour mixture into the pie crust.
  4. Bake 50-55 minutes or until set.
  5. Cool completely before serving.
