Ingredients

  • 2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups half-and-half
  • 2 Tablespoons coconut extract
  • 2 liters Dr. Pepper, chilled
  • Ice, for serving

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a blender, puree the raspberries and sugar together until smooth. Set aside.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the half-and-half and the coconut extract. Set aside.
  3. Fill a 16-ounce cup halfway with ice. Then fill it three-fourths of the way with Dr Pepper. Add 2 tablespoons of the raspberry mixture, then 2 tablespoons of the cream mixture.
  4. Fill the rest of the cup with Dr. Pepper, stir well with a straw or spoon, and enjoy!

Notes

  • The raspberry mixture will settle at the bottom so you may have to stir the drink occasionally.
  • I like to use Dr. Pepper Ten, but diet, caffeine-free, and regular taste good too!
