Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- ½ cup tomato sauce
- ¼ cup water
- 2.5 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 60 tortilla chips scoops, such as Tostitos
- ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup lettuce shredded
- 1 cup tomatoes diced
Instructions
Make the ground beef filling
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef, drain the fat.
- Add the sauce, water, and seasoning, continue cooking until fully cooked, and thickened.

Assemble
- Lay the tortilla chip scoops out on a serving platter.
- Add the ground beef mixture to each cup.
- Top with cheese, sour cream, lettuce and tomato.
Serve
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use a piping bag or a sandwich bag with a corner cut off to easily add the sour cream. If you have leftover ground beef – make more taco bites!
