Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Tahini
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup ice water more if needed
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine tahini, lemon juice, water, minced garlic, and sea salt.
  2. Whisk the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Adjust the consistency by adding more water if needed.
  3. Taste and adjust the seasoning, adding more salt or lemon juice if desired.
