Tahini Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons Tahini
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. The sauce can be served immediately or stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
