Ingredients
- 3 bone-in skinless chicken legs
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon lime juice about half a lime
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons Turmeric
- 1 teaspoon garam marsala
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic cloves minced
Instructions
- Combine 1 cup plain greek yogurt, 1 teaspoon lime juice, 1 tablespoon chili powder, 2 teaspoons paprika, 2 teaspoons turmeric, 1 teaspoon garam marsala, and 1 tablespoon minced garlic cloves in a medium bowl. Add 3 bone-in skinless chicken legs and mix until the chicken is fully coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
- Once the chicken is done marinating, preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Place an oven-safe rack on top of a baking sheet and bake the chicken for 20 minutes. Flip the chicken over nad bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
