Tangy Five-Ingredient Nutritional Yeast Salad Dressing--for More Than Salad

This easy salad dressing is made up of only five ingredients and tastes amazing - full of zip and healthy ingredients! We have it on our table all the time.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast (optional, but oh-so-necessary in our opinion)
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Pour olive oil and apple cider vinegar in serving container.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Stir to combine. Stir again to redistribute ingredients before serving.
  4. Store in refrigerator, preferably in a glass container.

Notes

  • I recommend storing this dressing in a glass container, not just because it's a liquid, but also because it's acidic and acids can cause toxins to leach out of plastics.
