Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons tahini paste
- 5 cloves garlic , crushed
- 6 tablespoons lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 5 tablespoons water
Instructions
- In a bowl, add the tahini paste, garlic, lemon juice, salt and water and whisk thoroughly until silky smooth.
- Alternatively, the tarator can be made in a blender or food processor.
