Ingredients
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons chives chopped
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Measure out all ingredients and add them to a food processor.
- Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as you go.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Enjoy!

Notes
- Fresh is Best: Fresh herbs will inject life into your dip. If they look wilted, discard them for something with a bit more life and color to them.
- Garlic Control: Start small. If you don't already know, garlic is potent; adding even a bit more can totally spoil the dip and overpower the other ingredients.
- Quality Cheese: Like most dairy, there are different types of cottage cheese, based mostly on the milk fat percentage. As this is a dip, I recommend opting for a cottage cheese cream (i.e., 4 % M.F. or higher).
- Cool it Down: Although it's tempting to dig in straight away, make time to let it chill in the fridge for at least an hour. The flavors will meld and make for a tastier dip.
