Tasty Watermelon Margaritas

This Tasty Watermelon Margarita may just go down as the best margarita you have all summer! Bursting with flavor, it comes together in no time!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup watermelon juice
  • 1/4 cup sweetened lime juice
  • 2 oz tequila
  • 1 oz triple sec
  • salt/sugar to rim glass (optional)

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Cut a watermelon into chunks/slices.
  2. Place one cup of watermelon flesh (no skin) into a blender and pulse until smooth. Set aside.
  3. Rim a glass with salt or sugar if desired.
  4. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, 1/2 cup watermelon juice (from blender), tequila, and triple sec.
  5. Shake several times and strain into prepared glass.
  6. Garnish with watermelon wedge or lime wedge if desired!
