Tender London Broil

This recipe prepares a classic London broil by seasoning and resting it before grilling to medium rare. The method includes a technique to achieve a cross-hatched grill mark pattern and proper resting time to allow juices to redistribute. The result is a tender sliced steak ideal for slicing thin against the grain and serving as a main protein.
