Tequila Rosé Spritz

Ingredients

  • crushed Himalayan pink salt for the rum
  • 3 strawberries chopped
  • 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1 ounce silver tequila
  • 4 ounces rosé wine
  • Fresh strawberries for garnish
  • frozen peach slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Rim your glass with a slice of lemon and dip it in the coarse salt.
  2. In the bottom of the glass, muddle the strawberries, lemon juice and honey until the strawberries are completely crushed. Add a bit of crushed ice. Pour in the tequila and muddle a bit more. Top with the rosé, add in the strawberries and frozen peach slices and serve!
