Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry
Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry is a fast, easy, healthy, and delicious Asian stir fry with chicken and vegetables in a flavorful teriyaki sauce that can be on the table in 20 minutes. It tastes so good that the whole family will love it!
Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast boneless, skinless, cubed
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic About 2 cloves, minced
- 1 bell pepper chopped
- 1 red bell pepper chopped
- 1/2 cup carrot sliced
- 1/4 cup radish optional, sliced
- 3/4 cup teriyaki sauce (Either Store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Place a large wok or skillet, such as a cast iron skillet, over medium-high heat on the stove. Add oil and when hot, add the chopped onions and cook for about 3 minutes until they are softened. Then add the minced garlic and stir for about a minute.
- Add the bite-sized chicken pieces to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes until the chicken is no longer pink and the juices run clear.
- Add the chopped red and green bell peppers, carrots, and radishes. Cook for about 3 minutes.
- After the vegetables are softened, pour in the teriyaki sauce and cook for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are coated and the sauce is thickened. Serve hot!
