Teriyaki Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3/4 cup water
- 1-1/2 teaspoon ginger minced
- 2 teaspoons garlic minced
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Add the first 5 ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer.
- In a small bowl, stir together the cornstarch and water. Stir into the teriyaki sauce.
- Remove from heat and stir in the honey. Use right away or refrigerate until ready to use.
