Teriyaki Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic 
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add the first 5 ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together the cornstarch and water. Stir into the teriyaki sauce.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the honey. Use right away or refrigerate until ready to use.
