Teriyaki Sauce Recipe

Homemade teriyaki sauce recipe that full of flavor. This teriyaki sauce recipe is great to use with chicken, fish, beef, and vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 1/2 cup soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 2 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3/4 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 1 clove garlic minced

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and allow to boil until thickened, about 2 - 3 minutes. Sauce should be thick and able to coat the back of a spoon.

Notes

  • If you'd like to make this recipe Paleo-friendly, use all honey rather than honey and brown sugar and use coconut aminos instead of soy sauce.
  • Makes 1 cup.
