Tex Mex Cheesy Grilled Naan Bread

Five minutes is all you need to make this amazing Tex Mex Cheese covered naan bread! Grill it on the BBQ or in the oven, either way it's amazing!

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces baked naan bread plain or garlic flavored
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoons tex mex seasoning
  • 1 cup of shredded Tex Mex Cheese
  • 4 tbsp chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat your BBQ (oven) to 450 degrees.
  2. Combine the olive oil and seasoning in a small bowl.
  3. Brush one side of the bread with the oil/spice mixture and place onto the grill, oiled side down. If you are using an oven, place directly onto the middle rack.
  4. Grill for 3 minutes with the BBQ (oven) closed.
  5. Brush the remaining side of the bread with the oil/spice mixture and then flip to grill the newly seasoned side.
  6. Place 1/4 cup of shredded cheese on top of each naan.
  7. Close the BBQ and cook another 2 minutes.
  8. Remove, top with 1 tbsp cilantro and serve!
