TGI Friday’s Mozzarella Sticks cooked in the air fryer are amazing. Melted mozzarella in the inside and a crispy breading on the outside. The perfect air fryer appetizer that is done is a matter of minutes.

TGIF Mozzarella Sticks Ingredients:
- 480 g Frozen TGIF Mozzarella Sticks
- Olive oil spray
- Dipping sauce optional
Instructions
- Remove frozen mozzarella sticks from the packaging and place in the air fryer making sure they are spread out. Spray with extra virgin olive oil to create a crispier coating.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes at 180c/360f, or if you want them crispier 200c/400f.
- Load onto an appetizer dish with your favourite dipping sauce and tuck in.

Notes
- We used two boxes of the TGI Friday Mozzarella sticks as found that 1 box of 240g wasn’t a big enough portion. You could do 1-3 boxes in the air fryer at once.
- For a dipping sauce we used burger sauce. But you can use any of your favourites in this recipe.
