Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups coconut milk
  • 2 banana sliced into 2-inch coins, ripe, large
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar or to taste, organic for vegan-friendly
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt or to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring the coconut milk to a gentle boil.
  2. Add the sliced bananas and reduce the heat to a simmer. Cook until the banana pieces are tender but not falling apart, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.
