Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 4 dried chilies chopped
- 6 Shrimp see notes
- 4.2 ounces Spaghetti
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1/2 cup Thai basil
Instructions
- Prepare the pasta following the instructions on the packaging, cooking until al dente, and then drain.
- Preheat oil in a wok over medium heat. Sauté garlic and chilies until they’re fragrant, about 20 seconds.
- Add shrimp, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and white sugar into the wok, cooking until the shrimp is nearly fully cooked.
- Add the previously drained pasta to the wok, and mix well with the other ingredients. Then, turn off the heat and gently stir in your Thai basil. Serve immediately and enjoy!
