Ingredients
- 1 lb Stir Fry Beef or slice your own beef into thin strips
- 1-2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- pinch salt
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp Sriracha
- 1/2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 portobello mushrooms sliced
- 3 chili peppers chopped
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp basil chopped
Instructions
- Coat your sliced beef in a mixture of cornstarch, garlic powder, and salt.
- Add some oil to your pan and add your beef into the pan and cook until they’re browned. Set it aside.
- In a bowl, mix together the oyster sauce, sriracha, honey, and soy sauce. Set aside.
- Stir fry then onions, garlic, mushroom, and chili peppers until soft and add the beef back into the pan. Pour the sauce into the pan and stir to make sure everything is evenly coated.
- Add basil (and some crushed peanuts if you desire) and serve with your side of choice.

Notes
- If you are serving this with rice, start your rice before you prep your beef and it should be done by the time your stir fry is done. If you want, you can also add your cooked rice into the stir fry (before adding the basil) and stir that in as well to get the sauce on the rice too.
