- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
- 14 ounces half & half cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 teaspoons powdered cardamom
Instructions
- Combine the sweetened condensed milk and cream together. Whisk until the mixture is smooth. Add in the vanilla extract and cardamom. Stir well.
- Store this in the refrigerator and mix well before using.
