Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 32 chicken wings , patted dry with paper towels
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
To Finish:
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter , melted
  • 2 teaspoons fish sauce
  • 2 teaspoons thai green curry paste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro , for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl whisk together flour, salt, coriander and allspice.
  3. Add in the chicken wings and toss to coat, then evenly drizzle oil over the chicken and toss to coat again.
  4. Bake for 55-60 minutes until chicken is crispy and cooked through.
  5. In a large bowl whisk the butter, fish sauce and curry paste then toss with chicken wings.
  6. Bake them for 10 minutes.
  7. Garnish with cilantro.
