Thai Green Curry Mussels
Thai Green Curry Mussels are a quick-cooked seafood dish where fresh mussels are steamed in a fragrant sauce made from green curry paste, coconut milk, ginger, fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, and fresh coriander. The addition of sliced chili adds subtle heat. As the mussels open, they soak in the rich, creamy, and aromatic curry broth.
