Ingredients

  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons Sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste, or grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste, or grated garlic

  1. In a bowl whisk together ¼ cup creamy peanut butter, 3 tablespoons sesame oil, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons lime juice, 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce, 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 1 teaspoon brown sugar, 1 teaspoon ginger paste,and 1 teaspoon garlic paste,.
  2. Pour over your favorite salad or store in the fridge in an airtight container.
