Ingredients

  • 8 oz (230g) Spaghetti
  • 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • peanut or cashew nuts, chopped
  • cilantro leaves for garnishing
  • Lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain the spaghetti.
  2. Add the peanut butter, sweet chili sauce, and apple cider vinegar to a small saucepan. Heat on low, stirring to mix well. In a mixing bowl, toss the spaghetti with the peanut sauce. Top with peanuts or cashews and cilantro, and serve immediately.
