- 8 oz (230g) Spaghetti
- 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- peanut or cashew nuts, chopped
- cilantro leaves for garnishing
- Lime wedges
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain the spaghetti.
- Add the peanut butter, sweet chili sauce, and apple cider vinegar to a small saucepan. Heat on low, stirring to mix well. In a mixing bowl, toss the spaghetti with the peanut sauce. Top with peanuts or cashews and cilantro, and serve immediately.
