Thai Turkey and Cabbage Bowls

Thai Turkey and Cabbage Bowls combine ground turkey and crisp cabbage with a tangy, nutty sauce made from sunflower seed butter and coconut aminos, aromatized with garlic, ginger, and curry powder. The mixture is stir-fried until the vegetables soften and the turkey is browned, creating a flavorful and textured dish that works well served in bowls for an easy meal with layered Asian-inspired flavors.
