Thanksgiving Egg Rolls
These Thanksgiving Egg Rolls are the perfect way to use leftovers from your Holiday dinner! These crispy rolls are filled with delicious turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing and mashed potatoes, capturing the beloved flavors of Thanksgiving in a single bite.
Ingredients
- 6 eggroll wrappers
- 1 cup turkey
- 1 cup potato mashed
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 cup stuffing
- vegetable oil for frying
- cranberry sauce or leftover gravy for dipping
Instructions
- Start with an egg roll wrapper and place down a sixth of the mashed potatoes, then the turkey, then the cranberry sauce and finally the stuffing.
- Using your finger dipped in water wet all 4 edges of the egg roll wrapper.
- Roll up the egg roll wrapper starting with the long end and tucking the short ends in before finishing rolling up.
- Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
- In a large skillet over medium high heat, heat about an inch of oil.
- When the oil is heated add you egg rolls (you may have to do this in batches).
- Fry about 1-2 minutes per side until golden.
- When golden on both sides remove the egg rolls from the pan and drain off the grease.
- Serve with more cranberry sauce or leftover gravy for dipping.
Air Fryer Instructions
- Brush the egg rolls with oil and place in the air fryer seam side down.
- Airfry at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes flipping halfway through.
