Ingredients

  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped turkey
  • 1/4 cup stuffing
  • 3 slices brie

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Cut the tortilla from the center out to the edge (as if you were cutting it in half, but only cut halfway across).
  2. Place the tortilla in a large skillet and turn the heat on to medium.
  3. As the skillet and tortilla begin to heat up, spread the cranberry sauce over one quarter of the tortilla, starting next to the cut. Add the chopped turkey in the quadrant next to the cranberry sauce, the brie in the next quadrant, and then the stuffing in the last quadrant.
  4. Fold the piece of the tortilla with the cranberry sauce over the quadrant with the turkey. Fold it again over the quadrant with the brie. Then fold it one last time over the quadrant with the stuffing.
  5. Continue to cook the folded tortilla for a couple more minutes on each side, or until the tortilla is brown and crispy. Enjoy hot.
