Ingredients
- 1 to 1 1/2 pounds ground beef lean
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons basil dried
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes crushed
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs plain
