The Best Basic Hummus
This Best Basic Hummus recipe is easy to prepare. It's so tasty that every time I make it, I can't get enough!
Ingredients
- 1 chickpeas rinsed and drained, canned
- 3 tbsp tahini
- lemon juice of 1
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp cumin ground
- 1 tsp salt
- olive oil
Instructions
- Put chickpeas in a blender. Mix slightly, adding some cooking water.
- Add the tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and salt. Continue mixing, gradually adding the olive oil to attain a smooth, creamy texture.
- Serve with vegetables or crackers.
