The Best Broccoli Salad
This is the best broccoli salad you'll ever have! It's creamy, crunchy, and packed full of flavor. A delicious mixture of broccoli, bacon, red onion, mozzarella cheese, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, and creamy homemade dressing.
Ingredients
- 5 cups broccoli florets raw, small
- 1/2 cup Bacon about 6-8 strips, crumbled, crispy
- 2/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup red onion minced
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar packed
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper or to taste, freshly cracked
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add broccoli, bacon, dried cranberries, red onion, mozzarella cheese, and sunflower seeds. Stir to combine.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, kosher salt, and black pepper.
- Pour dressing over broccoli and stir to combine.
- Let the salad rest for at least 30 minutes before serving. Keep refrigerated until ready to eat.
