Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 3 tbsp buttter
  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix cajun seasoning and funnel all but two tablespoons into a jar for use later.
  2. Add shrimp to plastic bag or bowl and toss in 2 tablespoons cajun seasoning.
  3. Toss evenly to coat.
  4. Melt butter in pan until light and foamy.
  5. Add shrimp to pan and cook on medium high until opaque - bright pink and white.
  6. Do not over cook shrimp, cook until just no longer grey.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
