- ½ cup Black Sugar (packed) (100g)
- 1.2 cup hot water (300ml)
- 1.7 cup full cream milk (400ml)

- Combine Earl Grey tea and black sugar in a saucepan, stirring on low heat until the sugar completely dissolves.
- Pour boiled water into the pot and allow the tea to steep for 3-5 minutes, or until it becomes fragrant.
