The Best Dry Rub for Ribs

This dry rub combines paprika, dark brown sugar, black pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, mustard powder, celery salt, kosher salt, and cayenne pepper to create a balanced seasoning mix. It's designed to add a sweet, smoky, and mildly spicy flavor to ribs or roasts, enhancing the meat's natural taste. The rub should be applied generously and allowed to marinate for several hours before cooking.
