This amazing fish marinade is one of my go-to recipes to have in my back pocket when I need something quick to make a flavorful dish. 🐟

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp minced fresh mint
- 2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp minced fresh basil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed or grated
- 1 tsp minced onion flakes
Instructions
- Make the marinade by whisking together greek yogurt, mint, parsley, basil, salt, pepper, olive oil, garlic and minced onion flakes. Use to marinate your favourite fish like salmon or trout or a mild white fish like like cod or halibut.
- Spread the marinade over the fish in a shallow baking dish or zip top bag, marinate for an hour in the fridge and then bake on a baking sheet according to the right temperature for the fish chosen.For salmon or trout, we like to cook at 350-375F until cooked to desired doneness.
- Make the marinade ahead of time and store in the fridge for up to 1 day.
