The Best Fruit Salad Recipe
This fruit salad mixes strawberries, kiwi, orange, grapefruit, and blueberries with fresh mint and a brown sugar–orange juice dressing. The dressing is blended to a smooth consistency incorporating chopped mint for freshness. Tossing the fruit with this lightly sweetened citrus dressing adds brightness and gentle sweetness while the mint enhances the overall flavor. Crunchy garnishes and reserved mint give a fresh finish.
