Ingredients

  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
  • 1 cup brazil nuts
  • 1/2 cup seed mix
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 2/3 cup dried apricot chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  2. Mix the oat flakes with the chopped walnuts, chopped Brazil nuts, seed mix, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add the coconut oil, honey, and vanilla pod seeds.
  4. Mix until the ingredients are slightly sticky.
  5. Cook the granola on a baking tray lined with baking paper for 20–25 minutes.
  6. Let the granola cool then add the dried apricots.
