Ingredients
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup brazil nuts
- 1/2 cup seed mix
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 vanilla pod
- 2/3 cup dried apricots chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Mix the oat flakes with the chopped walnuts, chopped Brazil nuts, seed mix, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- Add the coconut oil, honey, and vanilla pod seeds.
- Mix until the ingredients are slightly sticky.
- Cook the granola on a baking tray lined with baking paper for 20–25 minutes.
- Let the granola cool then add the dried apricots.
