Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chunks

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.In a large bowl whisk together the melted butter, sugar and eggs and mix until incorporated. Add in the vanilla, almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt and stir.
  2. Fold in the chocolate chunks and spread evenly into the bottom of your pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes checking them after 15 minutes.
