Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½ cup vital wheat gluten
  • ¾ cup allulose
  • ½ cup butter room temperature
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ounce 90% dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt as needed

Instructions

  1. Gather and prep all of your ingredients. Pre-heat oven to 375F.
  2. Chop the chocolate into chunks and set aside.
  3. Combine all of the dry ingredients into a bowl and lightly mix.
  4. Combine all wet ingredients together by whisking butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  5. Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet and mix to combine.
  6. Fold the chocolate chips into the batter.
  7. On a parchment lined baking sheet, scoop the batter and form into mounds. Top with salt as desired. Bake for 12-13 minutes or until golden around the edges.
