Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- ½ cup vital wheat gluten
- ¾ cup allulose
- ½ cup butter room temperature
- 2 large eggs
- 1 ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 ounce 90% dark chocolate
- 1 teaspoon sea salt as needed
Instructions
- Gather and prep all of your ingredients. Pre-heat oven to 375F.
- Chop the chocolate into chunks and set aside.
- Combine all of the dry ingredients into a bowl and lightly mix.
- Combine all wet ingredients together by whisking butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet and mix to combine.
- Fold the chocolate chips into the batter.
- On a parchment lined baking sheet, scoop the batter and form into mounds. Top with salt as desired. Bake for 12-13 minutes or until golden around the edges.
