Ingredients

  • 6 oz vodka Ketel One Citroen
  • 4 oz lemon juice Meyer lemons, organic if possible
  • 4 tsp sugar plus extra sugar for rimming glass) use less in cocktail, if desired, extra-fine
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Rub the edge of a martini glass with half a lemon.
  2. Then dip the rim of the glass in baker’s sugar in a plate to rim the glass.
  3. Shake all ingredients together with ice in a martini shaker approximately 50 times.
  4. Pour into sugar rimmed glass and enjoy!
