Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice from about 6 to 8 lemons
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cups water
- Ice cubes
- lemon slices
- fresh mint
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine the sugar and 1 cup of water. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool.
- In a large pitcher, combine the cooled sugar syrup, fresh lemon juice, and 3 cups of water. Stir well.
