The Best Roasted Cauliflower
This Roasted Cauliflower is easy to make and brings out the best flavor in the cauliflower. Everyone loves this simple, healthy side dish!
Ingredients
- 2 heads cauliflower cut into florets
- 3 cloves garlic sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon zested and juiced
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
Instructions
- Place the cauliflower florets onto a baking sheet and toss with the garlic slices. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Roast in an oven at 425 degrees until cauliflower is tender crisp (about 15-20 minute).
- Remove from oven and drizzle the lemon juice over the cooked cauliflower and sprinkle the lemon zest and Parmesan cheese over it. Serve hot!
