The Best St Patrick’s Day Recipe: Corned Beef Hash
Homemade always tastes better and it’s certainly true for this corned beef hash. It only takes 20 minutes to make and the results are so worth it. Enjoy it for breakfast, brunch or dinner!

Ingredients
- 2 cans of corned beef
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 onions chopped
- 4 potatoes peeled and cubed
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of cider vinegar
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sauté onions and potatoes until slightly browned, then stir in corned beef.
- Season salt, pepper, and add vinegar. Cook for 3-5 minutes in between each addition.
- Partially cover the skillet. Reduce the heat to medium-low, stirring occasionally for about 20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
